Step by Step Guide to Applying

First Step - Just Browse
You can look at our pubs currently available for tenancy or lease by using our online search engine at anytime. You can search by location or postcode.

Second Step - Create an Account
At the top left of the page you will see a tab labelled "My Account". To gain more information about available pubs; set your search parameters; receive automatic updates; store pubs within your account and have one to one access to your personal Recruitment Co-ordinator we recommend that you create an account using our online form. It is really easy and only takes a few seconds! Your e-mail address is your user name and you can change and edit your password or other details at anytime. You can also register by calling the Recruitment Team on 0800 953 0072 Monday to Friday 9.00am until 5.30pm

Third Step - Create an Application
When you have selected pubs you are interested in we will ask you to complete an Application Form. You can also do this online. We'll ask you for more information about yourself and the type of pub business you are looking for, and if appropriate you can complete details about your co-applicant. You only have to do this once! You do not have to do this for each pub you are interested in. Your personal Recruitment Co-ordinator can help you with this and explain more, if you wish. If you have completed an Application Form you will be able to register an interest in more geographic areas and access and store more information. Your Recruitment Co-ordinator can personally help you to hone your search by better understanding your needs and aspirations.

Fourth Step - Create A Business Plan
Once you have determined the specific pubs you are interested in we will ask you to complete a Business Plan for each pub. Your Recruitment Co-ordinator will guide you through this process and provide you with the appropriate form and information about the pub.  Once complete, we will arrange an appointment for you to discuss each plan with the Regional Manager responsible for the pub. The Regional Manager will agree the plan with you and the detail of the tenancy or lease.  We will then introduce you to your Legal Co-ordinator who is there to guide you and your advisors through the process to completion. We recommend that you take independent legal advice at all times. Your Business Plan must be verified by an accountant. We offer a contribution of £250 towards your accountant's fee for the production of a business plan, which is credited to you on completion of the agreement.

We take our obligations seriously when you make an application for a tenancy or lease in one of our pubs. We are governed by our BII approved Code of Practice.  We have made the process straightforward, but you are required to complete your application form accurately and in detail. If you withhold any information or there are inaccuracies this may delay the process.

At every stage, you can rely on personal contact with one of our Recruitment team and if you are interested in a particular pub you will discuss this directly with the Regional Manager.

If you are unsure about any aspect please call our Recruitment Team between 9.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday on 0800 953 0072.
