Code of Practice & Supporting Documents

Code of PracticeThis is our BIIBAS accredited Code of Practice.

In this area you will find links to supporting documents and web pages, external bodies and further information about our agreements , our services and the steps to completing an agreement with us.

The updated Enterprise Code of Practice (version 02/14) has been awarded benchmark status by the British Institute of Innkeeping Benchmarking and Accreditation Service (BIIBAS). The Code sets out our commitments to you, your commitments to us, and explains in the simplest possible terms the way in which we will work together. We would encourage you to familiarise yourself with it.

Please view the UK Pub Industry Framework Code (Sixth Edition). Also, view the BBPA website.
