Enterprise Inns is dependant on the skills and commitment of its employees and recognises the importance of creating a workplace in which all employees are inspired and enabled to give their best.
Early in 2009, a Steering Group of Senior Managers and aspiring Senior managers was created to inspire and engage with our people on this agenda. In order to do this, the first priority has been the development and launch of the Staff CSR Intranet. This includes updates on charitable work by staff, gives tips and hints on how individuals can save energy at home, and promotes relevant products and schemes such as “cycle to work and local car share”.
