There is a range of agreement options on offer with Enterprise:
Lease: A longer term agreement (up to 20 years) which is assignable after 2 years; responsibility of structural repairs lies with Enterprise.
Tenancy: A shorter term agreement of up to 5 years; responsibility for both structural repairs and services lies with Enterprise.
Managed Tenancy (Beacon): Guaranteed gross profit margins and greater levels of support for your business; Enterprise will redecorate and refurbish the property
Commercial Lease (Free of Tie): Option at selected sites to negotiate a lease that’s free of tie for up to 20 years; full responsibility of repairs lies with the Publican.
Lease Assignment: Assignment of an existing agreement from a current Enterprise Publican - all benefits and obligations are transferred.
